By purchasing or downloading images from Vivitu.eu, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or alteration of the images without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Copyright and Ownership
All images remain the property of Vivitu.eu. You are not allowed to claim the images as your own. Proper credit must be given when sharing photos on social media or other platforms.

Image Quality and Alterations
The images provided are high-resolution and suitable for printing. Unauthorized editing or manipulation of the images is not allowed. We are not responsible for print quality issues outside our control.

Usage Limitations
Images are licensed for personal use, which includes personal display, sharing with family and friends, and social media use with proper credit. The number of prints allowed is [specify if limited].

Liability
Vivitu.eu is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the images, including third-party printing problems or unauthorized use by third parties.

Delivery and Storage
Clients will have access to the online gallery for 1 month. It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up the files. We do not store files indefinitely.

All fees for downloading or printing images must be paid in full before access is granted. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The laws of Germany and the European Union govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal action.
